Private messages and access

Text, voice and video messages are encrypted in storage. This advisor’s workspace is separate from other advisor workspaces. Advisor access requires a single-use email code sent to their authorized address. Codes expire in ten minutes; sessions last up to eight hours. Verify your own email inside the conversation before leaving so you can reopen it later. A link alone does not grant access. Email access verification and the human check do not establish legal identity.

Live calls and recording consent

Daily provides private audio and video rooms for two participants, lasting up to 30 minutes. Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish human requests from automated requests. You can send an alert while the advisor is away and wait up to five minutes; a response is not guaranteed. The advisor must accept before a room opens. Recording is off unless both participants agree; the advisor then controls starting and stopping it. Daily stores recorded audio, video and shared screens. You may decline recording and still call, or leave at any time.

Original transcripts

Live transcription requires separate consent from both participants. Daily processes speech; the advisor’s open conversation captures and saves transcript segments encrypted in this workspace. Transcription may contain mistakes or gaps. The original recording is the reference for exact wording. Automatic AI summaries are off. Nothing is automatically published. Your advisor can copy transcripts for manual review.

History and deletion

Your advisor can review and delete their saved recordings and transcripts. Consent history and previously downloaded copies remain separate. Conversation access expires after 90 days; this does not automatically delete stored records. Contact your advisor about access or retention.

Notifications and email

Resend sends email codes and optional reply notices. Alerts contain an inbox link, not your transcript or financial details. The advisor can enable generic browser notifications on their devices. Push subscriptions are encrypted, expire after 90 days without reopening the app, and can be disabled. The browser’s push provider processes subscription and delivery information. Conversations and recordings are not cached for offline use.

Keep sensitive documents out of chat

Do not send Social Security numbers, passwords, account numbers, credit reports or financial documents here. Use your designated secure application process. Any written next-step plan requires your agreement and does not authorize credit, lock a rate or replace required disclosures.
