Inquiries and resource downloads
The inquiry form stores your name, email, optional phone number, selected loan scenario, and contact permission for the site owner to review. A resource download stores your name, email, resource choice, and optional email contact preference. Downloading a resource alone does not grant marketing permission. The equity planner sends its numbers only when you submit its review request. Lead notifications are addressed to epelayo@mortgagelending.us. Inquiry details and contact preferences are sent through Resend to that address. A saved copy and notification status remain in the owner’s inbox. Email service acceptance does not confirm mailbox delivery. SMS alerts and CRM synchronization are not connected.
Applications and documents in Arive
Application buttons take you to Enrique’s Arive registration page. Complete your loan application and upload underwriting documents directly in Arive. Arive manages its own account access, document workflow, and privacy terms. Review the notices displayed there before submitting information.
This website does not automatically transfer lead inquiries, application details, or documents into Arive. Its forms are for inquiries and planning resources. Do not include Social Security numbers, account numbers, or underwriting documents in a public inquiry or chat.
Saved preview records
Any application and document records previously submitted to this site remain in its separate preview storage; changing the application link does not migrate or delete them. The owner’s saved preview workspace requires sign-in. Application payloads and document contents in that workspace are encrypted; operational metadata is stored separately. Contact Enrique about access or deletion.
Calculators and pricing
Calculator results use the values you enter and are illustrations, not offers, approvals, rate locks, or Loan Estimates. Default interest rates are examples. Refinance comparisons model rate reductions over the same remaining term and deduct upfront costs. HELOC comparisons model interest-only and amortizing payments using an editable rate assumption. Comparison inputs are included only if you submit an inquiry. Taxes, insurance, mortgage insurance, and HOA costs need separate, transaction-specific estimates.
Learning hub and assistant
The learning hub contains AI-assisted educational summaries, original planning examples, and official source links. Prepared FAQ answers do not cover every agency rule or lender requirement. The assistant is not continuously connected to the complete agency guides and does not make credit decisions. If a configured AI service is enabled, the public question and relevant prepared FAQ context may be sent to that service; do not include private information.
The owner’s Gemini drafting workflow sends the topic, locality, and public source notes entered in the content studio to Google only when the owner requests a draft and the service is connected. Borrower applications and uploaded documents are not used in that workflow. Drafts remain private until separately published. The content-change monitor proposes updates for review and does not publish automatically.
