Contact and website measurement

Ask Enrique is the main contact destination. Public company pages use Google Analytics to measure page views (including the public Ask Enrique and Ask Reece entry pages, Reece’s profile and the Realtor Partners page), contact, telephone, email and application-link clicks, calculator use, form starts, confirmed review and partnership inquiry submissions, and resource requests. Events contain the public page path, button placement, fixed tool or form labels, and simple campaign labels, not message content, names, emails, phone numbers or calculator figures. Private conversations, advisor workspaces, partner portals and branded or tokenized calculator links do not load the company Google tag. Query details and link fragments are removed from explicit page URLs except for validated campaign labels. Click counts do not establish completed applications or funded loans.

Ask conversations can retain simple first-touch campaign and post labels, the referring website hostname, and the public page and button used to start contact with their encrypted record. The most recent contact button for each advisor is kept separately in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes. Submission IDs are used locally to prevent duplicate success events and are not sent to Google Analytics. Your advisor can view counts for their own conversations, including saved messages, call requests, email verification, written replies and agreed plans. Other advisors cannot access your advisor’s conversation reporting. You can optionally include a calculator draft; it stays in your browser tab until you choose to share it. Recording and message access follow the conversation privacy notice.

Inquiry source information

For homepage inquiries and saved equity scenarios, this site keeps the first page path, referring website hostname, and simple campaign labels in your browser tab’s session storage. These labels are sent with your request only when you submit one of those forms. Full referrer URLs, search queries, advertising click IDs, and browsing history are not collected by this feature. Source labels may be incomplete and do not identify the exact Google search you used. This does not enroll you in marketing.

Inquiries and resource downloads

The inquiry form stores your name, email, optional phone number, selected loan scenario, and contact permission for the site owner to review. A resource download stores your name, email, resource choice, and optional email contact preference. Downloading a resource alone does not grant marketing permission. The equity planner sends its numbers only when you submit its review request. Lead notifications are addressed to epelayo@mortgagelending.us. Inquiry details and contact preferences are sent through Resend to that address. A saved copy and notification status remain in the owner’s inbox. Email service acceptance does not confirm mailbox delivery. SMS alerts and CRM synchronization are not connected.

Loan Estimate reviews

The dedicated Loan Estimate review form accepts one PDF plus your name, email, optional phone, property state, comparison priority, and permission to review and reply. Upload only the Loan Estimate; redact sensitive details you do not want reviewed. The PDF is encrypted in storage and is available only through the authorized reviewer’s signed-in workspace. Contact details and document metadata are stored separately. Email notifications through Resend contain your contact details, priority, state, and a private review link, without attaching the PDF. Documents are not sent to an AI service for this review. A daily, hashed network identifier and upload counters help limit abuse and expire after two days. Contact Enrique to request access, correction, or deletion of a review and its document; these records are retained until removed. Submitting this form does not request a credit report or enroll you in automated marketing.

Homeowner report registration

Registration stores your contact details, property address, selected goals, homeowner-supplied mortgage estimates, optional taxes and insurance, and report email permission. Financial details are encrypted in storage and visible to Enrique and, when selected with your permission, your associated professional in their restricted workspace. Contact details and notification status are stored separately. Resend sends Enrique your contact details and a private review link, without including your mortgage figures. Enrique may attach the registration to your report and share it with you and an authorized associated professional. Reports require review before release. Address matching sends only the entered address and ZIP to the U.S. Census Bureau; it does not retrieve loan balances, interest rates, insurance, or ownership verification. Suggestions may be incomplete. Hashed network counters limit abuse. Contact Enrique to correct or delete your registration or stop report emails.

Homeowner reports and activity

Client records may be entered by Enrique or an authorized professional and grouped by their relationship. Your associated professional can access only records assigned to them; Enrique administers all report batches. Private reports use email one-time codes and an encrypted session cookie that expires after eight hours. Codes expire after ten minutes, are single use, and are limited to five verification attempts. Hashed email and network counters limit sign-in abuse.

For follow-up, the report records verified visits, sections explored, calculator-change events, print actions and contact or application-link clicks. It does not record calculator amounts you experiment with, keystrokes, or session video. Opening a report notifies Enrique; repeated opens within thirty minutes are grouped. Report emails use Resend delivery, open and click events. Open and click signals may include automated scanners or privacy proxies and are not proof that you personally read an email. The dashboard distinguishes those signals from authenticated report activity. Originator and professional previews do not count as homeowner engagement. Activity is stored until removed; the dashboard displays the last thirty days. Contact Enrique to request correction or deletion. Turning off report emails stops future report sends.

Mortgage Watch

Your signed-in Mortgage Watch stores your confirmed loan details, goals, account email, alert preferences, and personally reviewed offers. Loan details and statements are encrypted in storage and accessible to you and the authorized reviewer. Operational identifiers and delivery status are stored separately. Statements remain until replaced or removed; you can remove a statement or delete your entire watch in its workspace. Do not upload account numbers or unnecessary identifiers. If the optional Gemini statement reader is connected, your statement is sent to Google only after you explicitly opt in to AI extraction. Extracted fields are a draft that you must check and save. AI processing is subject to Google’s applicable API data terms. Without that connection, statements are saved for personal review and fields are entered manually.

Email alerts through Resend go only to your signed-in email if you opt in. The email contains a private workspace link and no loan figures or attached statement. It is sent when a current, personally reviewed offer meets your saved targets, not for every market movement. Email provider acceptance does not guarantee delivery. Pause your watch or turn off email alerts and save to stop future checks or emails; a message already being transmitted may still arrive. The watch currently compares offers entered by Enrique, with no continuous lender-wide feed. Delete your watch to remove its statement, details, offers, and local alert history; email-provider records follow the provider’s retention policy.

Applications and documents in the application portal

Application buttons take you to Enrique’s application registration page. Complete your loan application and upload underwriting documents directly in Arive. Arive manages its own account access, document workflow, and privacy terms. Review the notices displayed there before submitting information.

This website does not automatically transfer lead inquiries, application details, or documents into Arive. Its general forms are for inquiries and planning resources; the dedicated Loan Estimate review form and signed-in Mortgage Watch accept their respective documents. Do not include Social Security numbers, account numbers, or underwriting documents in a public inquiry or chat.

Saved preview records

Any application and document records previously submitted to this site remain in its separate preview storage; changing the application link does not migrate or delete them. The owner’s saved preview workspace requires sign-in. Application payloads and document contents in that workspace are encrypted; operational metadata is stored separately. Contact Enrique about access or deletion.

Mortgage pricing search

The pricing search uses Enrique’s Loansifter Quick Quote widget from Optimal Blue. Loading the form connects your browser to that third-party service. Your scenario entries are processed by that service under its applicable terms and privacy practices. The embedded search is separate from this site’s saved lead inbox; searches are not automatically copied into that inbox. Using an application link opens the application portal. Pricing is subject to eligibility and confirmation and does not lock a rate or approve a loan.

Calculators and pricing

Calculator results use the values you enter and are illustrations, not offers, approvals, rate locks, or Loan Estimates. Default interest rates are examples. Refinance comparisons model rate reductions over the same remaining term and deduct upfront costs. HELOC comparisons model interest-only and amortizing payments using an editable rate assumption. Comparison inputs are included only if you submit an inquiry. Taxes, insurance, mortgage insurance, and HOA costs need separate, transaction-specific estimates.

Learning hub and assistant

The learning hub contains AI-assisted educational summaries, original planning examples, and official source links. Prepared FAQ answers do not cover every agency rule or lender requirement. The assistant is not continuously connected to the complete agency guides and does not make credit decisions. If a configured AI service is enabled, the public question and relevant prepared FAQ context may be sent to that service; do not include private information.

The owner’s Gemini drafting workflow sends the topic, locality, and public source notes entered in the content studio to Google only when the owner requests a draft and the service is connected. Borrower applications and uploaded documents are not used in that workflow. Drafts remain private until separately published. Scheduled content checks may publish sourced educational answers and material mortgage updates. Publication does not imply personal review by a named professional; human review is identified only when documented. These editorial checks do not use borrower application data.

Use the dedicated Loan Estimate review form only for a Loan Estimate. General inquiry forms do not accept underwriting documents.
