THE DETAILS, WHEN YOU’RE READY

Questions? Start here.

How does the 5% assistance work?

Assistance is a separate loan with its own monthly payment—not a grant. Up to 5% of the lower of sale price or appraised value may be used for down payment and/or closing costs. We’ll explain both payments, costs and repayment terms before you decide.

Does it cover every upfront cost?

Not automatically. Other upfront costs can apply, which is why you get a written cash-to-close estimate first.

Do I have to be a first-time buyer?

It's designed for first-time buyers, but this option isn't limited to them. If you've owned before, ask Enrique; you may still qualify on income, credit and the property.

Is there an income limit?

No program income cap on the assistance. You still qualify on income and credit. High-balance loans aren't eligible in Washington.

Will this pull my credit?

No. This form requests a conversation, not a credit report or loan application. If you decide to apply, Enrique will explain any credit authorization needed.
